My name is Chad and have been involved with health & wellness coaching since July 2020. In October 2020, I accomplished a significant milestone in my career as a Health & Wellness Coach by earning the prestigious National Board Certification. With a passion for helping individuals achieve holistic wellbeing and a deep-rooted belief in the power of whole health, I have dedicated myself to guiding and empowering others on their journey to optimal health & wellness.
With a personal journey towards embracing a healthy lifestyle, I have acquired valuable insights into the diverse challenges that individuals may encounter. These experiences have sharpened my ability to approach my work with an elevated sense of empathy, respect, and understanding.
Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of coaching over 280 clients, whose ages have ranged from 23 to 83 years old. These incredible individuals come from diverse backgrounds, including doctors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, college professors, yoga instructors, bikers, business owners, fellow health coaches (Yes, even coaches need coaches!), lawyers, stay-at-home moms, retirees, hoarders, insurance workers, and countless others. The truth is, regardless of age or occupation, everyone can reap the benefits of working with a Health &Wellness Coach.
During this time, I have gained extensive expertise in the realm of wellness. By collaborating with individuals from various backgrounds, each with their distinct wellness aspirations and obstacles, I have cultivated a profound comprehension of the intricacies of human wellbeing and the diverse dimensions of wellness.
As a wellness professional, my approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and respect. I recognize that each person's path to wellness is unique, and I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted.
